W.A.A.L. has 7 levels of certification (see Paterson English Village Proficiency Levels)

Each level can be completed through the Excel-erate World Training Programs. The W.A.A.L. Certification system is highly respected and is becoming widely recognized by businesses and educational institutions in Australia, Canada, UK, and USA. This certification is important wherever you wish to land whether it be for permanent work, temporary work, study, or visiting short or long term. Many institutions and companies in western cultures have been somewhat challenged by traditional certifications from various institutions presented by their prospective candidates. They arrive with high-level English designations and experience challenges and problems ranging from culture assimilation in new business environments, educational environments, social structures and a number of other expectations in their new environment that were not expecting.

Excel-erate World has addressed these issues and present intensive ESL, Accent Softening, Cultural Training, and courses to assist in alleviating the initial culture shock and expectations of new employers and peers. After interviewing numerous candidates and clients, we have tailored our programs to address these issues and make the new environments a positive experience for both the candidate and the clients.

Expectations of the student clients that our programs address:

• By Level C PEV, students successfully apply and interview with our clients, businesses and schools, after completing 24 – 36 training lessons.
• By Level E PEV, students successfully contact and interview with our recommended clients, businesses and schools, after completing 36 – 48 lessons.
• By Level F PEV, students seamlessly and successfully assimilate into their new English culture with comfort and confidence, after completing 48 – 60 lessons intensive one week Paterson English Village (ESL and cultural assimilation training). This one week program is done on-site in the candidate’s own country and is a week long, 11 hours / day, intensive training program.
• By Level G PEV, students become certified as teachers and associates within the Excel-erate World program, as the students have now achieved “native speaker” proficiency with regard to conversational English and cultural assimilation.
